Wow. This is fascinating. As a teacher, I wholeheartedly want a copy of this. I searched for it and a 2015 edition of it appeared from Dark Horse Comics. Is this the same book? Should I wait for a different updated version?
I asked Dr. Medoff about it, and here's what he said:
"That was a limited-run prototype that I wrote more than a decade ago, at the request of a Holocaust education center in NY, which wanted 500 copies for local teachers. It was only a print-on-demand edition, with no meaningful publicity or any other normal publishing activity. What Dark Horse was going to publish was an expanded, updated and significantly revised version."
Thank you Howard for this…and Rafael…keep up the amazing work. We all need you.
I do hope that this vital book finds a publisher.
Echoing others here -- I truly hope the book finds a publisher. Please keep us updated.

I think I found what you're referencing (although not sure that the edition I found is from Dark Horse: https://www.amazon.com/Cartoonists-Against-Holocaust-Rafael-Medoff/dp/0692478531/). Would welcome those clarifications, too.

That makes sense. Thank you, Howard.
I was wondering the same thing.
